Get help
How to get help
Stuck on something? Here’s the fastest way to get an answer, report a problem, or share an idea with us.
Step 1: Search this help center
Most questions are already answered here. Type a few keywords into the search bar, for example “stop loss” or “API keys”, and see what comes up.
If something in Altrady isn’t behaving the way you expect, the Something Not Working section covers the most common fixes.
Step 2: Contact support
Can’t find your answer? Our support team is happy to help.
Need more help? You can reach our support team anytime through the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of our Help Center at help.altrady.com.
You can also email us at [email protected].
Either way, tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. The more detail you give, the faster we can help.
Reporting a bug
Found something broken? Great catch: bug reports help us make Altrady better for everyone. Send them to us via live chat or email, and include as much of the following as you can:
- A short, descriptive title: for example, “Chart freezes when switching timeframes”.
- Your Altrady version and, if relevant, your operating system (Windows, macOS, or the web app).
- Steps to reproduce: what you clicked, in order, before the problem appeared.
- What happened: the actual result you saw.
- What you expected to happen instead.
Screenshots are very helpful. Most systems have a built-in shortcut to capture part of your screen; you can paste the image straight into the chat window or attach it to your email.
Requesting a feature
Have an idea that would make Altrady better? We’d love to hear it.
Feature requests live on our public roadmap: roadmap.altrady.com. There you can:
- Search existing requests to see if your idea has already been suggested.
- Vote for an existing request instead of creating a duplicate; more votes means more visibility.
- Submit a new request if your idea isn’t there yet.
Our team reviews the roadmap regularly, and the most-requested ideas help shape what we build next. Your idea matters to us!
