Trades made outside Altrady
While your exchange account is connected, Altrady keeps your orders and balances in sync automatically. You don’t need to do anything - trades placed through Altrady just show up.
But sometimes trades happen outside of that sync, and Altrady has no way of knowing about them on its own.
When this happens
- You placed a trade directly on the exchange website or app, instead of through Altrady.
- You made trades while your exchange account was disconnected from Altrady, or while your subscription had lapsed.
In both cases, those trades won’t automatically appear in Altrady. This can leave gaps in your trade history and affect your analytics, since Altrady is missing some of the activity.
What about your balances?
Don’t worry about your balances - those re-sync automatically as soon as your account is connected again. It’s only your trade history and analytics that may be missing entries.
How to fix it
If you notice gaps in your trade history, you can bring Altrady up to date by importing your trades.
- Go to the Importing & Exporting section.
- Follow the steps there to import your trade history.
This fills in the missing trades so your history and analytics are complete again.
