Altrady Support Altrady Support

What is the Altrady partner program and how do I apply?

The Altrady partner program is a step up from the regular referral program, built for content creators and influencers with a following of 5,000 or more. You apply by emailing support, Altrady reviews it by hand, and approval changes how you earn: from a flat credit per plan to a percentage of what your referred users pay.

Who the partner program is for

The referral program, under Settings > Referral program, is open to everyone and works automatically: share your link, earn credit toward your own subscription. The partner program is different. It’s aimed at people who can bring in volume, typically through an audience: a YouTube channel, an X following, a trading community, a course. If you don’t have an established audience yet, the regular referral program still earns you rewards and is worth starting with while you build one.

How to apply

  1. Open Settings and select Referral program.
  2. Scroll to the Special Referral Program box on the right.
  3. Click Apply for Special Referral Program.
  4. A window titled Apply for influencer program opens and explains that you should send an email to [email protected] to apply. Click Ok to close it, then send that email yourself with details about your following.

The app doesn’t send the email for you, and there’s no in-app form or automatic approval. A person on the Altrady team reviews each request, so mention your follower count and where your audience is (YouTube, X, a Discord community, and so on) when you write. Don’t worry if you don’t hear back instantly: since this is a manual review, it can take a few days.

What changes once you’re approved

Once Altrady approves your application, your affiliate account is marked as “graduated” and your reward model switches:

  • Before approval: every referral earns a fixed credit amount toward your own Altrady subscription, or a Bitcoin withdrawal once your credit passes the €50.00 minimum. The amount is the same for every referrer and depends on the plan bought.
  • After approval: instead of a flat credit, you earn a percentage-based commission on what your referred users actually pay, calculated on their subscription payments (including renewals, when your account is set up to include them).

This means your earnings scale with how much your referred users spend, rather than being capped at a fixed amount per signup.

Your Partner Dashboard

Approved partners get a Partner Dashboard inside Altrady, with your referral link and a Copy button at the top and an Overview tab showing five cards:

  • Pending commission, which finalizes 30 days after each purchase, split into Confirmed and Unconfirmed
  • Referred users: people who signed up with your link but haven’t subscribed yet
  • Converted users: referred users who became paying subscribers
  • Renewed users: converted users who renewed their subscription
  • Total commission earned overall

Each of the first four also shows a This month and Last month figure.

Below the cards, Referrals and Commission charts plot activity over a period you choose (7D, 30D, 90D, 1Y or ALL), and a Monthly breakdown table lists referred, converted and renewed counts alongside commission and payouts per month.

Alongside Overview you’ll find a Payouts tab and an Admin accounts tab for adding team members. Some partner accounts also get extra tabs for voucher codes, API keys, or signal providers, so what you see depends on what’s enabled for your account.

The dashboard is a lot to take in at first, but you won’t need to touch most of it right away. The commission and referral numbers at the top are what most partners check regularly.

Deciding whether to apply

If your audience is smaller or you’re just getting started, the self-serve referral program under Settings > Referral program already earns you credit with no approval process needed. Consider applying for the partner program once you have a real following and expect to send Altrady a steady stream of new users. If a referral you expected credit for doesn’t show up, check Why didn’t I get credit for my referral? first.

Still stuck?

If you’ve applied and haven’t heard back, or you have questions about whether the partner program fits your situation, reach out through support chat in the app and the team will help.
