Add average Time to Target TP information to report

It would very good to see in the monthly report the critical information about how long (on average) it takes to get to the target TP from the initial signal.

This should be shown for no DCA as well as the DCA strategies and should be adhere to the filters that can be set in the monthly report.

It will allow us to find the right CBS/QFL strategies.
