Better filters for CDS: base respected days

I propose a bot setting for the CDS to avoid trading coins that take longer than X days to bounce back up. (as listed on the X axis of the "number of days below base: in the "Base Info" widget. Alternatively this could be a configurable parameter value for the "90% respected in X days"

I also asked to add this on the signals report. But I think we need to have the "90% respected in X days" value sent with the signals to be able to use it as a filter.
