Grid bot: in position tab, show "grid bot"

Grid bot: It would be nice to see if our open/closed position comes from a Grid bot, or manual trade.

Please add a column to My Positions Widget that displays the "Bot Name" or "Manual" so the initiator of the position can be determined.
