Optional Leveraged token signals for CBS

Currently all leveraged tokens are excluded from the signals.

Some users would like to receive signals from UP/Long tokens.
Others would like them for both UP and DOWN tokens.
I suggest a filter: Yes/No option for each group (Up/Down), and exclude them by default.
