GRID BOT Draft feature.

When setting up a Grid Bot, the order is placed right away, no matter If the CCI or RSI is high. We need a draft feature to save for later. It would be a more full function if there were a timer, or signal function attached to activate upon striking certain parameters. Thanks Ben!
