Add a function to use a Telegram Signal channel

I have a subscription for Binance killers VIP which is a signal channel. They send out trading signals via Telegram and those signals can already be used by the Cornix bot. This is a similar program as Altrady. This automatically create's a trade on the trading platform. These Telegram signal groups have a lot of users so if Altrady can add this functionality i'm sure many users of Altrady will follow.
