Enable push notifications for lower order-count grid-bot setups

We understand that for grid bots set-up with a large number of total orders, having push notifications being sent would be unreasonable and/or a bad UX, but for grid bots setups where the total order count is below a defined threshold (e.g. 10 total orders or less), having the option to enable push notifications for grid bot trades would be a welcome addition.
