Support for Unified Trading Account (UTA) for Bybit

Bybit recently allows to upgrade spot, derivatives (USDT/USDC perp, USDC options) to Unified Trading Account https://www.bybit.com/en-US/promo/events/unified-trading-account/

I recently upgraded and now I see zero-balance on Altrady. Asking to support Altrady working with new UTA on Bybit.
