Start gridbot on pricepoint

setting up a grid bot now and have it started after a preconfigured price point condition is met.

(right now the gridbot is started immediately after "save settings".)

A great side about this suggestion is that, if the start is programmed at a price point, the usually very large initial order is a limit order, not a market order. Avoiding the taker fees.
