Add 'exit price deviation %' for CBS signal TPs

Bot can take signal to exit 1/2 or full median drop. but I want the bot to exit a little sooner. E.g. at 98% *of the median drop*. Or a little later. Please add this as "Exit price deviation %". Should accept positive and negative percentage values; in the same style as the existing Entry price deviation %.

Currently it is not possible; It is either a fixed exit percentage or the signal for the 0,5x or 1x median drop.

(This was a usefull feature in Zignaly back when it did the signal bots. Was called "exit deviation".)
