Add etra deal start conditions to the qfl signals

Add other parameters like adx, rsi, Bollinger bands etc.. to the qfl deal start conditions. For example, 3commas offers adx crossing/above/below (value) on a specified timeframe. This significantly reduces drawdowns and is proven through back testing.
