Allow smart stoploss protection support into webhook

It would be ideal if the webhook signal would allow more protection types such: breakeven, follow take profit, follow price, etc, thanks.

It should also have an option to block close/sell alerts if in loss.

Stop Loss Protection (TSL Follow TP, Break even etc) are now available in webhook signals.
