Clarify the bot's entry price deviation

Add an explanation that when opening a short position, a positive "entry price deviation" percentage will lower the limit price. This is somewhat logical but counter-intuitive, and omitted in the tutorial video.

The documentation on the Bot Settings includes all of the details. There is too much to include in a video.
