Stop concurrent positions on same coin across bots

when using signal bots for different exchanges need a way for the system to not allow an position to be opened against a coin pair on one exchange if it is already open by another bot in a different exchange? With in one bot you can prevent it from concurrent trades on a coin/pair, but can't you do that across bots. I don't want multiple bots picking up the same signal on same coin and entering the position at one time.
