Rebalancing bot ( index )

A Rebalancing bot to index our Portfolio. This is an easy way for both pro's and beginners to manage a portfolio for the long term.

* Periodic Rebalancing
* % Based Rebalancing

This should be kept simple for an easy overview. Much like the portfolio section in Altrady.

* Circle showing your allocations
* Line graph showing the performance
* List of assets in your index including
- Section to add assets + Filters maybe
- Asset allocation slider
- How much % it deviates from your original allocation
- 7D and 30D performance of the asset

-Asset Allocation sliders - QoL
Basically the same as on the multiple TP's keeping it 100%, so if i slide one asset down the rest goes up to match 100%

I would love to hear other peoples feedback. I personally think it would be a great addition to the platform. I've got more ideas, general QoL improvements and rebalancing strategies if this gets picked up.
