Include symbol name in Notifications if symbol not supported

In Notifications tab if signal bot receives a signal for symbol that is not supported by the exchange it shows "No orders could be placed: exchange: BYBIF code: 10001 message: symbol is not supported". It would be useful to also show the name of the pair.
