Missing Order after partial fill on TSL (GDAX)

TSL set up with large order amount ($12k) and small distance between Stop and Limit orders (Stop 1.4785; limit 1.4784).

When Stop price was hit, limit order partially filled.

Current Outcome
Altrady had no Open Order for the remaining coins, but zero available balance. An order was shown on Coinbase Pro.

Altrady DB shows a closed order for the partial fill, but no Open or Closed order for the remaining coins, and no error message.

Expected Outcome
After a partial fill, the order to Sell the remaining coins should be in the database, and visible on the Open Orders and on the Chart.
