Some Exchange Import trades not showing on chart or BEC

Trades from 19th to 20th march uploaded by xlsx (I created this dataset for the user), 60 records, successful.
And Binance trades from 22nd to 31st March previously uploaded by the user as far as I can tell.
Current Outcome:
--All imported trades are on the Trades Table in our database.
--trades imported for for VETBUSD, XLMBUSD and BATBUSD are visible in the chart.
--For ONEBUSD only, trades before 27th March do not show on the chart (see User's screenshot), including those imported from my spreadsheet and some the user previously imported.
--for ONEBUSD, the first trades available in the BEC are from 27th March as well.
--I imported the same 60 records to a test account and they are visible on the chart.

Note. The reason I created a xlsx file for the user is that for "custom periods", Binance will only export a csv file in a non-usable format.

There is a limit of 1000 trades, is that limit reached perhaps?

1000 per upload or total?
There were only 60 trades on the upload in question.
The odd thing is that there were uploaded and are in the Trades table.
Just not showing on the chart.
Maybe something about those records that's invalid?
