KUCN "Insufficient Balance" error on 100% Buy order

Place a Limit Buy order on a low volume pair (e.g. For my account of USDT8, Pairs with volume LTE 0.11BTC lead to this error, e.g. NDAU/USDT. A test with a ~$3k available in quote currency gets this error on pairs with ~LTE 155BTC volume).
Price less than current Ask.
Select 100% of balance for Spend amt.
Place Order
=> KUCN error "Insufficient Balance"

NB. Makes no difference whether KCS is enabled for fees or not.
Also tested similar on BINA, GDAX, OKEX and could not replicate on those exchanges.

Successfully reproduced it when I clicked '100%' button to set the Spend amount, error is thrown as you place the order. For some reason, it worked fine for me when I manually enter the Spend value (equivalent to 100%)

I have seen the same today. Twice. I made a change to a trade from the Zignaly terminal. Then the same message as described above showed on the screen of the Altrady app. After said error Zignaly decided that I had canceled the trade (not!), and there was nothing in Zignaly to manage although the trade was still not finished. So I had to resort to Altrady to manually re-enter the trade's exit.
