Smart Stop orders allow > 100% for Stop and Limit Prices

In the Smart Orders, a Stop or Limit % GE 100% can be entered. When the Stop is triggered and order entered, this results in a price LT zero and Invalid Price error.

Stop and Limit price GE 100% should not be allowed on the Trading widget. It would also help if the default % resulted in prices that are visible on the chart.
