Open orders filter not showing all pairs w open orders

viewing open orders from the markets widget isnt showing all pairs i have open orders on. i see maybe about half of what i should be seeing. the same user alerted me about this other issue as well. they can only see about half of pairs with open orders on theirs as well

user mentioned they have some pairs with only buy orders and no sales that arent showing in open orders filter. i have a better portion with orders on both sides that arent showing in the open orders filter

in my case, i should be seeing: GLM/ETH, XEM/BTC, VAL/USDT, REPv2/ETH but none of these are showing
