Global blacklist

Add ability to blacklist markets, coins and exchanges to ignore them on:
- Notifications
- Market list
- Bases
- Quick scan
etc

Blacklist sounds a bit strong, but a market filter would be great. I trade only USDT coin pairs, so being able to filter out all other pairs would be great.

Hello @Roman. We can extend the scope of this feature to also include bots / paper trade, in order to ignore notifications coming from them.?

Yep, you can make it a part of market filters definitely, just add options to blacklist there or whitelist "/USDT" for example.

Any updates here? The status is planned for 2y!

Please add a global blacklist ASAP, so we can filter out dead coins like DFI for all bots (for all currency pairs). Its too much work to setup every new coin for all bots separately.
