Enable chart drawings auto save

Add ability to enable auto save drawings, even though it decreases the performance

Wouldn't that cause sync problems if you work in two devices? It would be nice if you get a message that you need to save the layout or chart before closing or something similar

Absolutely necessary and coherent with Tradingview that has that same function and works perfectly.
