Recurring Notifications Flood

With Recurring notifications, it would be great to filter the amount of spam this generates. I don't need 500x notifications to say DOT has moved up/down on a price.

Just One notification will do.

Perhaps set a Max notification of USERSELECTABLE alerts per recurring alert in a USERSELECTABLE period.
