Omit orders from My Orders where there is no longer an API key

Currently, when using All Exchanges filter, orders can be seen that are for old accounts/API keys. Since there is no longer a connection to the exchange these cannot be edited or deleted. And they are no longer relevant.
Some users are confused by these orders.
It would be ideal if they were not shown in My Orders if there's not an active API key.
