Portfolio management: Link to markets with open positions (or orders)

When you work with many exchanges and want check a coins portfolio state and/or performance it would be nice to have the ability to see on which exchanges they exist and (if applicable) in which pairs there are open positions. possible with a link to open and go to position tab
