Support Binance Universal Margin (PMM)

This would be great to have as Tradingview's Binance integration does not support portfolio margin accounts and Binance's own web interface for UM accounts does not support setting TP/SL before entering a trade - something that Altrady could probably support. Using portfolio margin mode on Binance has similar benefits to UTA accounts on Bybit: a large of spot assets can be used as collateral for futures trading which increases capital efficiency. It would also support using Binance's new yield-bearing stablecoin BFUSD as collateral for futures trading.
