Option to Automatically Tag Markets Pegged for Delisting.

An option to tag markets automatically that have an announced delisting. Possibly a (!) symbol that can be hovered over for more info.

Or make that market pair blinking to easily observe it will be delisted, when showing the pair in widgets "markets", "quickscan" and "bases".
