Since upgraded app from 4.0 to 4.1x the "exchange folder" option is missing.

Paper accounts are now automatically grouped together in the Portfolio but I also found it quite useful to be displayed in "Exchange and devices-Exchange accounts API keys

You can still do that by creating a Folder ("Paper Accounts") and adding your paper accounts to it.
