Edit Order -> "Edit ladder"

Hello,

when you click on a ladder, there is a window asking:

- Edit Order or

- Edit Ladder

I think, in 99% of cases, users want to edit the LADDER.

=> So it would save A LOT of clicks to make this the default behaviour (maybe by a setting in options, to always edit the ladder, not a single limit order).
