Order Book Layout Improvements

Hello, I think it, a few little changes to the orderbook would increase usability a lot:

- Allow to activate/deactivate colums (e.g. Only show Total $ column and NOT show Amount column -> Showing TWO column less in horizontal mode!)

- Maybe a dedicated little column for the symbol of own limit orders and/or more outstanding symbol (in light mode the little arrows should be filled black to be seen more easily).

- Even better: Allow an option to show the USD-Amount of own limit order!

This would not only be easier to read by not showing information-overload, but also save always precious screen space on the GUI!
