Make the "Quick Scan" notification a button

My only issue is the notification icon. When there's a notification, when I click on the icon, nothing happens. To clarify "notification", I mean the "Quick Scan Notification" (next to the bell icon). As a comparable, when I click on the bell icon, a pop up shows up with the notifications.

Support told this me this: ""There is no pop up feature, that symbol just notifies you that there are "Quick Scan Notifications", you then manually go and open the Quick Scan Widget and check the notifications."

As constructive feedback, I recommend that you include it as button that brings you to the "Quick Scan" window or has a pop-up that shows you the "Quick Scan" alerts.

The reason it is misleading is if you click on it, it behaves like a button, it changes colour when you mouse over and changes colour again when you actually click on it.
