Use standard ISO date[time] (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS) format throughout interface

The date format varies in different parts of the interface. Please unify this across Altrady, using the standard international date[time] format (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS) - or give users the option of setting their preferred date[time] format across the platform.
