Label dates and durations more clearly

I regularly get confused by the dates and durations written on the dashboard and elsewhere for positions, both open and closed. On the dashboard they are titled "Age". I think this should be e.g. "Date Opened" and the amounts of minutes/hours should say "ago" at the end, because otherwise it is confused with how long the deal was/has been open for, which is not the same thing for closed deals. Indeed, for closed deals the duration of the deal from open to close would be more helpful to see, and this should be titled e.g. "Open Date [Duration]".
