Time-Based "Vertical" Alerts

Often I want an alert that triggers not only on price (horizontal axis), but rather on time (vertical axis) on the chart. E.g. I want an alert on ETH at 10pm. Tradingview has this (add alert on vertical line). Simply adding this functionality to altrady would be great because setting orders leads to buying falling knives often and time is a critical component of trading.
