Add 'Base Strength' parameter using Tradingview 'Visible Range' volume data

Tradingview 'Visible Range' provides a volume histogram giving volume traded at various price levels (depending on the timeframe and length of time). The amount of volume traded at a price level is a good indicator of the strength of a base.
If this data can be funnelled from Tradingview then it could add a useful weighting / filtering parameter to the Base Scanner.
