NIV and PVI

There must be an indicator that shows, in real time, the number of buyers for a certain coin (Positive Volume Index). For instance, BTC rises instantly. The interface should have an index that shows how many individuals are buying the BTC in real time.
On the reverse, the number of sellers (Negative Volume Index) should be available. These two options shows me when a coin is under pump and dump action. And also helps me to make my decision more accurately.
