Add-on to 'Base Info'

For the 'Base Info Widget'
Add a filter that filters the highest median bounce percentage.
Add a filter that filters the lowest median drop percentage.

Note: For each exchange, be able to filter the entire exchange list of tokens by the highest bouncing coins.
