Single tap pause scroll, double tap open Market

Can you include a single tap function that will allow one to pause the scrolling of markets, and double click to open, and resume function? With the settings I have created, the results can go faster than I can click, and often miss. It becomes difficult to catch the coin before it goes down the screen, out of sight.
