No signals for newly added coins

Implement of an option to specifify a minimum amount of months/days for a coin to have been listed on an exchange when creating a trading bot. Meaning you wont receive signals for coins that are new, and tend to drop in price early.

For the Base Scanner or CBS signals (bots)?
There should be no signals or notifications until there is 6 weeks/1000 hours of history.
