Conditional Buy orders

Ability to have a trigger for a buy order. eg. price is 20, I want a trigger at 12 which will then place the buy order at 10.

You can do something close to this with the TSL Buy.
The difference would be that the Buy order has to be above the trigger and stop price.
e.g. Set the Trigger price and the Stop price at 12, and the Limit Price at 12.01.

You can now do this with an Entry condition (Price)--start the position when the price reaches 12, and set the limit entry price to 10.
