Make alert terminal entered commas -> dots too

Among all the other good stuff, one of the small-but-big changes with the new Altrady was that on the trading terminal, keyboard entered commas ( , ) were automagically converted to dots ( . ), so you could easily enter prices and decimal dots without moving your hand from numpad.

It seems that the change was not made for the alerts terminal though, maybe it could be updated too?
