Feature request: Virtually reserve the coins for smart orders

This is not a bug but a feature request or something for (far) future implementations.

Things get easily quite complicated when having multiple smart orders.

When having multiple trailing orders Altrady is not reserving the coins. So when the owner accidently adds a standard limit sell order it is possible to sell the coins which were more or less reserverd for the traling orders. Can you virtually reserve them so they cannot be accidently be sold?

And with virtually i mean that when I click "sell-all" it will sell all LESS the coins reserved in the smart orders.

Yes, I made some pretty stupid losses selling stuff below the BE with multiple smart orders in place.
