Separate smart order edits from normal trade

When editing a smart order you are currently presented with the trading widget with extra options. This is very confusing. A lot of the functions are not applicable to editing a smart order; they should be hidden. For a nice layout -> zignaly has a clear UI for editing open (smart) positions.
