Bot should check USDT *and* BTC market pairs before entering trade.

Proposing to add a feature that the signal bot, BEFORE entering a trade with a BTC trading pair, WILL FIRST check a corresponding USDT trading pair if there is a real drop / market panic.

Why?
Quickfingers luc advised to check USDT market pairs to avoid trading a BTC pair when there is not a real panic. See message from one of his videos below.
