Reduce function (close partial position)

Please add a "reduce" function that can work via webhook and allows the closing of only a percentage of the currently open position.

It would be usefull to have an option to fast close part of position. Right now we have to open trade and add target manually. However it would fit perfect into options menu for open positions where we could decide what part of position we want to close, and it would autoamticly add target for specified amount/percentage for us.

In attachement is menu i'm talking about.
