Stop Loss based on Close Above/Below
Add a feature to create a stop loss based on the close of coin. For example, if BTC closes below $38,000, then trigger the stop loss at whatever price the close is at.

Isn't the same thing achieved with the stop loss cool down timer?

You can currently set up a Candle Close Stop Loss, that will compare the Current Price against the Stop Price for the Stop Loss, at the close of a specified candle resolution.
If the Current Price is below the Stop price at the close of the specified candle resolution — the Stop Loss is then executed.
